Formerly an interior designer, in 2000 Mandy Mahil changed career paths to apply her creative skills in event design. This new direction was supported when Mahil graduated from finishing school, Institut Villa Pierrefeu, in Global Etiquettes, Butler and Silver Service.

The following eight years were spent gaining experience in the events industry, front and back of house, from catering in two Michelin starred restaurants to event designing and managing in some of London’s leading event management companies.

Founded in 2008, Mango Pie has since designed and managed some of London’s iconic events and exhibitions such as Vanity Fair and Gay Icons exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery. Private events  have varied from designing a dinner table for ten to organising a mini music festival complete with a fairground in the back garden/field.

Mango Pie has successfully grown during the worst economy whilst remaining true to their original mission statement.
